In this class, we will do gentle and fun versions of exactly that.
Who knew that Tap Dancing is medicinal for the bones?
We do now!
This class can be done sitting down AND still deliver the health benefits!
We will do the foot moves
and then combos of those moves
and then learn whole songs of choreography for maximum fun!”
