Belly Dancing is Folk Dancing and is very good for the lower back, shoulders, and feet.
It was born out of walking from oasis to oasis with all the people, goats, and camels – walking in a rhythm
and then, a bit of music and dancing around the cooking fire in the evenings.
Join us for fun music and great moves!
Modifications are given for all fitness levels.”
